Organisational structure

De Groene Welle is run by a Board of Governors, of which Ms. F.W. (Frida) Hengeveld is the managing chairman. The Board of Governors is overseen by a Supervisory Board, of which Mr J. Houben is the chairman. De Groene Welle comprises two educational units:

• vmbo (lower secondary professional education)
• mbo (intermediate vocational education)

Furthermore, we work with various educational support services, such as specialists in ICT, administration and scheduling, and general and technical support services. The organisation is supported by staff trained in, for example, general affairs, education, personnel and organisation, marketing and communication. Training courses, projects and internationalisation are dealt with by a separate department.
